Nick Thorley - Founder
Nick is Odin’s founder and Managing Director, overseeing the company's operations in EMEA and the Americas.
Nick has fourteen years' corporate intelligence experience and specialises in open source investigations and human intelligence gathering. Throughout his career, he has developed an extensive network of contacts which affords Odin’s reports unique depth and insights.
He has delivered a broad spectrum of successful corporate intelligence projects across the globe for private clients, law firms, multi-national corporations and governments.
Prior to establishing Odin, Nick was a Director at S-RM, a UK-headquartered corporate intelligence and cyber security firm.
Nick has a BA in History and Politics from the University of Sheffield and an MA in War Studies from King’s College London.
Tom Wolstencroft - Director
Tom is a Director of Odin, based in Hong Kong where he oversees the company’s operations in the APAC region.
Tom also speaks Arabic and French and is closely involved with Odin’s projects in the MENA region. Previously, he lived and worked in the UAE, Iraq, and Libya.
Prior to joining Odin, Tom was an Associate Director at S-RM in Hong Kong where he led the company’s Southeast Asia team. At S-RM, he was responsible for the management and delivery of corporate intelligence projects for financial services companies, law firms and government clients.
Tom has a BA in Arabic and Middle East Studies from the University of Exeter.
Kellie Edwards FCA - Advisor
Kellie, a forensic accountant, specialises in fraud investigations.
Kellie began her accountancy career in audit before specialising in forensic accounting from 2003 working in private practice and the Serious Fraud Office. Kellie has significant experience in criminal and corporate investigations and is also experienced in actions held in the London High Court, Chancery Division and ICC Arbitration, London. These cases included fraud and misrepresentation matters, the evaluation and quantification of damages for breach of warranty and contract claims and wasted costs claims. Kellie is also experienced in ancillary relief proceedings, has given evidence in Court and been commended in the judgment.
